The story
A career built across systems.
Sareena Stevenson is an enterprise technology professional, entrepreneur, business builder, construction and real estate developer, founder and community-focused innovator with more than 20 years of experience in enterprise technology.
Her foundation was built in PeopleSoft HCM and ERP, where she learned to translate complex operational requirements into systems that people and organizations could rely on. That work developed an instinct she would carry into every venture: understand the process beneath the problem.
Entrepreneurship made that instinct tangible. Through Mini Miracles 24hr Childcare & Early Learning Center, she addressed the mismatch between traditional childcare hours and the realities of nontraditional work.
Construction and real estate development widened the lens again—from operating systems to physical systems, from individual properties to the ecosystems that support homeownership, business and community opportunity.
Her work in Generative AI and Data Analytics is the continuation of that same path: using new tools to improve how organizations think, decide and operate.
